What is up with the Alcohol, Caffine, Sugar, Gluten, Animal Free Week ?
ReplyDeleteI'm a dork. I have been slowly working up to a full body cleanse. Each week I have been cutting out one more thing. I am hoping it will make me more tuned into to what I am eating when I'm done with it. So far the alcohol and caffeine were easy. Sugar a bit tougher. I started the no gluten yesterday. That was hard. I was starving this morning and there wasn't a thing to eat without wheat. After next week I want to go one more week eliminating the five things then I'll start to add them back in. You know me, I'm nothing if not obsessive once I set a goal!
